At RoyceMedia we believe in providing quality services and products to all our clients. To achieve this, we have formed strategic relationships with leading IT players such as Microsoft, Novell, HP, IBM, Cisco, 3COM, Nokia etc. to enable us to maintain and provide the expertise to propose and implement sound and cost effective solutions; Integrating hardware, software and services to meet the challenges of our clients’ requirements and business objective.
We make every effort in implementing solutions that make our customers’ business more resistant to hardware failures, natural disasters, or other planned and unplanned disruptions. We do this by constantly checking out on potential threats and flaws in existing IT infrastructure and procedures; and let our customers recognize its operational risks to their key business functions. We then consult with our customers on the range of options to remove or mitigate the risks.
In early 2004, fuelled by an increasing demand and request by our customers for Microsoft products services, RoyceMedia started to embark on gaining recognized certification for providing professional Microsoft services to meet the requirements of our clients. As of March 2004, RoyceMedia is officially awarded Microsoft Certified Partner status by Microsoft.
